Cost of Services

Private pay accepted (see pricing outlined below).

Monthly superbills are provided, per request, for possible reimbursment from your insurance company.

Good Faith Estimates are provided for all private pay clients.

  • All services begin with a 20-minute complimentary phone consultation with the owner.

  • We provide dynamic assessments, which includes looking at clients through a whole-person lens. Clients will also receive an in-depth report that they can share with whomever necessary.

  • 30-minutes: $80.00

    45-minutes: $120.00

    60-minutes: $180.00

    All sessions consist of direct intervention, family coaching, client access to client portal, weekly session notes, superbills upon request, and open communication regarding services between caregiver and SLP during working hours.

  • Sessions are ~15-20 minutes.

    Note: 5-10 minute consults are provided on a weekly basis when receiving direct home-based intervention. Brief consults are available upon request for community-based services. These are included in direct service price.

  • This program is considered intensive at a required 60 minutes/day for 4 consecutive days for 4 consecutive weeks (total of 16 hours/sessions). It is important that insurance coverage is confirmed ahead of scheduling.
