SST is a one-of-a-kind speech and language therapy private practice in Towson, Maryland.
Our mission is to provide individualized services to each client and their family. A client-led approach provides the opportunity for communication to blossom. SST also believes in neuro-affirming practices - sensory needs and all forms of communication are honored and encouraged.

LSVT LOUD for Kids is a specialized speech therapy program designed to help children improve their voice volume, clarity, and confidence in communication. Originally developed from evidence-based treatment methods, it focuses on strengthening vocal loudness through engaging, high-effort exercises tailored for young learners. This program supports children with speech challenges—such as those related to motor speech disorders—helping them be heard and understood at home, in school, and in social settings.
