Megan Hayes, MS, CCC-SLP

Megan is the proud founder of Sunflower Speech Therapy, LLC. She is an ASHA certified Speech-Language Pathologist licensed in the state Maryland. As a New Jersey native, Megan earned her B.A. in Speech-Language-Hearing Sciences from Kean University in 2015 and went on to earn her M.S. in Speech-Language-Hearing Sciences from Loyola University Maryland in 2017. She has previously worked in private schools, public schools and travel-based settings; she decided to begin her own private practice in 2021 to provide more options for families in her community.

Megan specializes in client-led pediatric speech and language services, treating a variety of speech and language diagnoses, including but not limited to: speech and language delays, expressive and receptive language disorder, pragmatic language disorder, fluency, natural language acquisition/gestalt language processing, play-based therapy, and beyond. She is also an LSVT Loud Certified clinician.

She is expecting her first baby in September, so her books are currently closed.

Sade Lawal, MS, CF-SLP

Sade is one of SST’s amazing SLPs. She graduated from Loyola University Maryland with her Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology in 2025. She currently provides services to children with multiple disabilities at a local private separate day school as well as private clients at the clinic.

Sade has a passion for working with individuals with neurological disorders, including TBI and strokes.

Meghan Stapp, MS, CF-SLP

Meghan is another wonderful SLP here at SST. She graduated from Loyola University Maryland in 2025 and currently provides trauma-informed services at a local private separate day school and an array of speech services at the clinic.

Meghan has a niche for working with the pediatric population. She has experience with neurodiversity-affirming practices, articulation and phonology disorders, language disorders and delays, and beyond.

Her books are limited!
